  1. Received invitation to enter Auto Sweepstakes but unable to do so. After receiving the Survey information a box appears with an arrow, requesting a login ID. What is that?
    I received a passcode and web address. What is this ID request?

  2. I received your survey, and I followed your instructions, but it ends. I am not able to access the website.
    I want to respond to the survey.
    My 2016 Honda Fit is a great car. There are several problems you should look into. The glare from the front windshield is very bad. You should be able to tint the front windshield.
    On the right and left side of the front windshield the side posts are too wide. They obstruct the driver’s vision. You should also make the front portal side windows larger as they were on the older model.

  3. Got your letter re. my 2018 Hyundai Elantra survey. Pulled up the web address and that was it. Never saw any other website to enter my passcode just a login but I don’t know what that is. This seems ridiculous. After reading the other comments, I know I am not wrong. Are you????? What’s going on and by, the way, thanks for the dollar!!!!

    This survey is somewhat difficult to respond to. I tried several times to NO avail. Thanks to the dollar I gave it to the Salvation Army kettle collection.

  5. I traded my (bought brand new) 2016 charger SXT. Nearly 35k miles, (premature wear) the front rotors and pads and brakes needed new replacements. Transmission at 26k miles needed replacement of moving parts due to banging when put into drive mode. Front axles at 20k miles needed replacement of parts due to premature metal on metal wear. Charger is a beautiful sedan, though too heavy as front end can’t withstand and endure it gross weight. All Chargers and Challengers need the very best rotors and pads, better brakes all around and strong front axles available for such a heavy car. I drove this 2016 Charger with a lot of care and gingerly starts and stops. It is a shame the Dodge Charger (likely the Challenger too) is made with inferior parts and assembled in haste. My first car was a 1968 Charger (a true muscle car) unlike this 2016. So sad…

    1. I agree, there are a lot of sites that have info that looks like what you would want but i expected a page with a passcode entry request. Not dealing with sites that are not the site given in the document.

  7. It is no easy to access to the survey. I could not even I tried several times. You should make it easier (time, details of the car and access online) if you want people take time to answer it.

  8. Just to let you know I completed the survey which I thought went over most everything very well. The only other thing is that I didn’t have a dollar in my envelope. I guess something went wrong.

  9. received my letter today 1/23/2019 and went straight to the website for the entry of 100,000 and it says the link and site is permanently closed. Why send this out when you can’t even enter?

    Unable to log into the proper site even though it is as sent in letter. If I wanted to waist time I could watch Roadkill.

  11. Got the survey in the mail, really wanted to enter the contest and fill out the survey, but tried every way to get the website on my letter to come up, but to no avail! It was actually very frustrating, to say the least. What a waste of my time. I followed the instructions on the front of the letter and also read over all the help questions on the back of the letter and still could not get the correct survey to come up.

  19. Very happy with the quality and handling of the Niro. The hatchback allows me to load all my music equiptment with space to spare. The gas mileage is superior to any othe vehicle I have owned.

  24. What a joke! I love my Nissan Murano. Rides like a cloud. well put together and gets good gas mileage. This game trying to find where to go ha ha. I love the price given and the sales person was great.

  27. Much like others above, I could never access the survey site that the correspondence recommended. Nonetheless, I will forward the following: I am a retired United States Marine of 30 plus years and we have purchased several new vehicles over the years, yet we keep them quite some time, then pass them down to family members, all in excellent condition. Our experience at Ray Pearman Lincoln in Huntsville, AL was phenomenal in all respects. I have forwarded a congratulatory letter to their upper management stating the same. The new Lincoln Nautilus out shined four other competitors by leaps and bounds. We have also sent neighbors to them for potential buys as well. I hope this is helpful.   41. Got a letter in the mail from J.D. Power for Mercedes Benz to complete a survey. I went to web address-didn’t work. Then, tried many other J.D. Power sites-didn’t work. It was a total waste of my time! Plus, the letter said that they sent a $1 bill and that was not even in the envelope. They are completely unorganized to say the least.

    This dealership gave me the WORST experience ,have ever had in purchasing new vehicles
    utilizing Bridge water Honda, to purchase a new car for my wife,
    we’ve agreed on a price and signed the contract, we found out there was a mistake on the
    contract we were charged double in taxes approximately $1.700.00 dollars over
    I Went back to the dealership to speak to the financial manager,MR James Gavenas he
    advised us that he made a mistake and would fix this. So he made a new contract With the right price he say don’t make any payment the dealer PAID off the loan we re going to submitted the new contract to the bank so wait for the new statement
    problem was never solved.he never submitted. It was actually made worse. He told me to call the bank to handle
    which they told me the issue was with the dealership. So I called him multiple times again
    he never call me back. I contacted my attorney and he advised me to email him saying if this
    Was not fixed we would be taking them to Court.finally he respond
    and he promised to resolve the problem. He also advised that the dealership had paid off
    the old loan and that I should not make any payments on the loan and instead to come in and
    they would write up a new contract with a new loan. I later was informed by the bank that the
    loan was never paid off
    make things even worse, I had signed off on the brand new car in my 20 year old son’s name,
    with myself as the cosigner to help build his credit. Consequently, this has been decreasing my
    sons credit as well as mine. I had my attorney write them a letter to
    managers/supervisors, the financial manager and the salespersons. Once they received his
    letter they called me directly, finally, and said they would fix it. This was a month ago. Yesterday
    . So my only choice is to take him and the dealership to court. If there was
    anything below zero stars, I would rate them that. Worst experience I’ve ever had with a
    dealership . STAY AWAY.
